Yes, this is for  anything that goes beyond the basic support that I (usually, if kindly asked and if I have time for it) give on my tools.

 

So, for development my rates are very reasonable (working on the small projects that I'm after should look and feel like a hobby...). So if you need something special, custom modifications to my tools, or even complete new programs, just ask and I will make an estimation of the time involved and the costs.
